AT&T Hotel and Conference Center

Valet staff was super nice and personable! We had Coleman as our valet, and he did an excellent job. Very responsible and good at his job!

Stayed a few nights and I felt that the overall all service was satisfactory. When me and my wife first entered the hotel, we were greeted by amazing valet service. Everyone from that point on was either helpful or comforting. I will be keeping this place in my thoughts.

AT&T is our go to when we come into Austin for a game, ACL, or other concerts. Rooms are always excellent, housekeeping staff is friendly and accomodating. Several dining options from grab and go- to social fun to watch a game, or treating yourself to a more formal dinner. The valet staff is friendly and efficient. Coleman is knowledgeable about surrounding events, restaurants and traffic issues, guiding us in the right direction every time.

I would like to call on the valets. Not only did they make haste with the busy night they were having, I was particularly impressed with the works of one gentlemen. I can’t quite remember his names, but I think it was cole-something. That young man helped me in more ways than one. Awesome service!

I was recently here and had never been greeted so kindly. At the valet service, I was treated so respectfully by Coleman. Took great care of my car and was very sweet.

This is a real hidden hotel you wouldn't even know this was a Hotel until you walked up on it. I was waiting for Lyft after the silly UT police out a boot on my car and the two ladies in the Hotel was really nice Christina and Neijah! They were very polite and answered all of my questions about the Hotel and amenities. I didn't stay there that night but I will next time because of them. Also the two restaurants one on the left and one on the right. Both Christina and Neijah were wonderful good customer service still matters to me and they provided that.

We had an amazing time at the AT&T conference center in Austin for the Society of Women Engineers WElocal Austin conference. The hotel was LUXURIOUS, one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. However, the people we were traveling with ended up with a nicer room than us even though we both paid the same price. But still, our bed was a dream-come-true and the amenities were amazing!!! The food tasted delicious as well. We were also able to conveniently walk to many destinations within 5 minutes of our hotel, and the capital was just across the street!

This is a very nice hotel. But, a few items should e addressed. First of all, the internet blocks access to VPN. And, until this is corrected, the hotel should advise their customers of this limitation. I spent a couple of hours with my company’s IT before I figured it out. When I told the hotel front desk, they already knew about the limitation. 2nd item: The lighting in the room is not good. There should be an overhead light so you are not getting dressed or packing in the dark for those early morning flights. Or, at lease another lamp or two in the room to shed some light. The rooms are big. So, there is plenty of room to add a floor lamp. Room had a very nice desk and staff at the hotel was very good.
